What's in a Bean:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Previous work experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within Big 4 Public Accounting/Private Industry and/or
• Senior-level experience in Big 4 Public Accounting and/or
• Controller, CFO, or other leadership positions
• Willingness to work across diverse industries and assume various roles, including; Transaction Advisory, External Reporting, Internal Audit and Risk Management, Strategic and Operational Reporting, Process Improvement, Enhancements, Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicators and more

Core Competencies:

• Exceptional analytical skills, problem solving-skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of collaboration and professionalism
• Highly motivated, with strong communication abilities, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
