The Role

We're hiring someone to join our Preneed Sales Team in-office in Orem, UT.

"Preneed" means pre-planning — people who are thinking ahead, want to spare their families the burden of last-minute decisions, and are looking for a trustworthy option. These are warm, inbound leads. They've already raised their hand. Your job is to meet them where they are, understand their situation, and help them move forward.

This is a full-cycle role: you'll contact leads, run your own calls, handle follow-ups, and close. You'll have clear targets, real support, and compensation that rewards performance.

No cold calling. Every lead has opted in and is expecting outreach.

Compensation

$40K base | $65K OTE | Uncapped commission — top reps earn $100K+

Licensing

This role requires a Life Insurance Producer license. If you don't have one yet, that's fine — we'll support you through the proces.

What You'll Do

  • Contact warm inbound leads via phone, text, and email
  • Run your own sales calls and manage follow-up cadences
  • Guide prospects through After's pre-planning process with clarity and care
  • Communicate our value, pricing, and process in plain, honest terms
  • Close sales and consistently hit monthly targets
  • Track activity in our CRM and contribute to team learning
