We are seeking a talented Contract Recruiter with a strong background in filling Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.

This will start as a 3-month engagement, with possibility of extension. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GTM Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Go-to-Market roles, including Sales Development Reps, Account Execs, Account Managers, RevOps, and Customer Success/Integration.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
  • Greenhouse Expertise: Leverage your deep expertise in Greenhouse to manage the entire recruitment process efficiently - job posting, candidate tracking/staging, scorecard attribution, reporting.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Recruiter, with a strong focus on filling Go-to-Market roles in a fast-paced environment (minimum of 5 years of experience)
  • Expertise in using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
