The Financial Analyst plays a key role in delivering high-quality CFO advisory services to our Members. This is a junior-to-mid level, client-facing individual contributor role focused on financial analysis, FP&A support, and cash flow forecasting. You will work closely with Members and internal stakeholders to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive better decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, success looks like:
- Delivering clear, accurate monthly financial analysis and performance reporting for assigned Members
- Building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections that support Member decision-making
- Translating complex financial data into practical insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis for business owners
- Supporting CFO advisory engagements by preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for Members and internal teams
- Leveraging BI and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, visibility, and insight quality
- Building trusted relationships with Members through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
Who You Are
You are a motivated, detail-oriented financial professional who enjoys working directly with clients and turning data into insight. You bring structure, curiosity, and clear communication to your work.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Direct experience building and maintaining cash flow projections
- Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience using business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strongly Preferred
- Exposure to multiple industries and business models
- Experience in a client-facing, advisory, or consulting-style environment
- Familiarity with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment

- Target Compensation: $65-$75K base salary plus bonus potential dependent on qualifications
