About Us: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Our Provider Sales Representative will identify, visit with, and deliver potential clinical partner locations. Our Provider Sales Representative is someone who has excellent sales, problem solving, organization and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clinical partner locations, especially in the Houston metropolitan area
• Complete in-person visits to potential sites to explain Delfina as a product and process and help generate excitement among clinical support staff
• Complete virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential clinical partner locations and answer basic questions relating to the Delfina Care platform

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 year minimum, 3+ years preferred experience working as a sales representative in a clinical or pharmaceutical field
• Experience identifying and executing on potential partner opportunities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail
• In-person visits to Houston locations required, fully remote for administrative tasks

Compensation: The compensation range for this position for this contract position in the United States is $25-35 per hour with significant performance-based commission options. Expense reimbursement and a per diem rate are also included for travel to clinic sites. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.
