We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who is well versed in HubSpot, can own documenting the sales process, and is a reporting and dashboard wizard. The ideal candidate will be able to make sense of different datasets for functional reporting and help create order in a fast moving, fast changing environment. This person will need to be highly organized, self motivated, and driven to create repeatability in process and data capture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine processes and operations across all commercial functions, optimizing them as we grow.
- Ensure teams comply with the use of essential tools such as HubSpot CRM, JIRA, and others.
- Act as the HubSpot expert, providing coaching, documentation, and support to team members as needed.
- Create and maintain high-quality reporting, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.This role will always be looking for ways to tell stories with data continuously improve our reporting capabilities.
- Ensure we have the right toolset to support our team and vet additions to ensure they will move the sales effort forward practically and affordably.
- Bring a high-level understanding of legal and risk implications to flag potential issues.
- Ensure processes are in place to funnel key learnings to product and engineering teams and act as a liaison between sales and product when new capabilities are needed..
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., finance on remittance and compensation, HR on hiring) to ensure we are aligned on costs, revenues, and progress as needed..
Experience:
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot with 3+ years acting as HubSpot admin for a sales org and building out features, functions, and reports.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, G-Suite a plus.
- Proven experience analyzing sales data, ensuring data accuracy, and building reports that drive actionable insights and decision-making.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales efforts
- Experience supporting local/field sales efforts
