What you'll do

• Lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction
• Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
• Facilitate story / epic level backlog refinement and prioritization, and provide monitoring and status tracking support for cross-team initiatives
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments
• Help the scrum teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
  

Must have

• Prior experience on a scrum teams
• Prior experience managing work and dependencies across multiple departments
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, ability to collaborate, plan, execute and follow up on meetings at the team level
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Good level of spoken and written English
