About the role
We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead all aspects of the product development lifecycle for Inspectorio's products, from research and discovery to launch and continuous iterations.
What you'll do
- Gather User & Market Insights: Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to understand user pain points, requirements, preferences, and identify the highest-value opportunities.
- Prioritization & Roadmap: Prioritize the product backlog based on potential impact, considering stakeholder feedback and using frameworks to document your reasoning. Develop a product roadmap that aligns with Inspectorio's company strategy.
- Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the product development team throughout the development lifecycle. Define and refine product requirements, provide clarifications, and address any challenges that may arise. Foster a collaborative environment with open communication to ensure successful execution of platform engineering initiatives.
- Monitoring & Iteration: Monitor the performance of the platform, including key metrics like user engagement, adoption rates, and user satisfaction. Analyze data and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and growth. This will help you identify opportunities for optimization and ensure the product continues to meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with B2B SaaS Product is preferred
- Product Management Expertise: Good knowledge and embracement of Agile principles/Scrum methodology and experience with various product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, and Figma) and frameworks (RICE/Kano/MoSCoW)
- UI/UX: Good knowledge of UX Design Patterns & best practices for Mobile and Web applications. Able to create convincing wireframes & user flows
- Problem-Solving: Strong curiosity to understand the root cause of problems and develop creative solutions. Don't be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Manage expectations and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, users, engineers, and designers. You should be able to effectively articulate complex information, gain buy-in for product decisions, and confidently present to audiences at all levels.
