GPU Testing & Fulfillment Associate
Software Engineering, Data Science
Fort Collins, CO, USA
USD 20-25 / hour
Position Details
- Location: Fort Collins, CO - this is an in-person role at our facility
- Type: Independent contractor (1099)
- Hours: 20-40 hours per week
- Compensation: $20–25 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role
If you've ever built your own PC, obsessed over benchmark scores, or hunted for a deal on a used graphics card, you already understand what we do. We're growing a resale business built around gaming and computer hardware, and we're looking for a GPU Testing & Fulfillment Associate to help us scale it.
Day to day, you'll be the person who makes sure every piece of hardware that leaves our door actually works and arrives in one piece. You'll test graphics cards and computer equipment, keep our inventory records accurate, and pack shipments that customers are excited to open. It's hands-on, physical work with real attention to detail.
This is a strong entry point into the industry, and for someone who takes initiative, there's meaningful room to grow: our testing and fulfillment processes are still being built, and the person in this seat can help shape them.
What You'll Do
- Test graphics cards and computer hardware to verify functionality, condition, and accurate grading before items are listed or shipped.
- Document test results clearly and flag anything that doesn't meet our standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care — protective packing, correct components, no surprises on arrival.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and specs, and inspect items for damage.
- Organize and maintain inventory so anything can be found quickly and counts stay accurate.
- Keep records current across inventory movements, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
- Support inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe — including ESD-safe handling of sensitive components.
- Communicate with teammates to coordinate daily priorities and resolve issues as they come up.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Collins, CO on a consistent weekly schedule.
- Familiarity with PC hardware and computer components
- Genuine attention to detail. Serial numbers, condition notes, and part specs have to be right.
- Dependability. Our shipping commitments depend on people showing up and following through.
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn inventory and warehouse software.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
- Personal experience building, upgrading, troubleshooting, or benchmarking PCs.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience.
- Hands-on experience handling computer hardware or electronics.
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Interest in gaming, PC hardware, or the resale and secondary hardware market.
Schedule
We're looking for 20–40 hours per week, on-site. There's some flexibility in how those hours are arranged — we care more about consistency and coverage than a rigid 9-to-5, so if you have a set of hours that work well for you, we're open to talking about it. Shipping deadlines do mean some days are busier than others.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads safely throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to handle small, delicate components.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
What We Offer
- $20–25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Flexibility in scheduling within a 20–40 hour week.
- A close-knit team where your ideas get heard and your work is visible.
- Hands-on exposure to the gaming and PC hardware industry, with room to grow as we scale.
- Employee discounts and additional company perks.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits.
