THE OPPORTUNITY

With the service world becoming increasingly automated and people being replaced by bots, Kipsu leads instead by bringing humans paired with technology to the forefront of service. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Product Manager on our collaborative and motivated team, you’ll have the chance to:
  • Develop deep expertise in our product, how customers use it, and how we maintain our position as a best-in-class solution.
  • Drive a multi-quarter roadmap that reflects strategic goals; balancing competing priorities and building cross functional alignment
  • Shape strategic direction across products or domains, balancing market, user, and business factors to make informed bets
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand problems, conduct business analysis, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams to identify needs, design integrations, and deliver seamless system solutions.
  • Define product enhancements by writing clear requirements and shaping solutions that expand our presence in existing and emerging markets.
  • Work deep in the details of functionality, user needs, and requirements and zoom out to broader scoping and strategy that delivers on customer and business needs.
  • Apply both product and technical knowledge when engaging with customers and designing solutions that integrate into their daily workflows
  • Influence across teams or functions, resolving complexity and building alignement Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to refine requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery of high-quality features.
  • Contribute to strategic product planning as the company scales, adds new capabilities, and enters new markets.
  • Help launch new product features, scaling adoption from pilot customers to broader rollouts while gathering feedback to improve.
  • Leverage data and insights — both quantitative and qualitative — to inform product roadmaps and execution.
  • Drive your work with ownership and accountability, aligning day-to-day priorities with team and company goals while adapting to change.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 6+ years of experience in software product development, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that adapts to change.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn — willing to dive into new technologies, systems, and user needs.
  • Strong attention to detail in writing, communication, and product requirements.
  • Skilled at analyzing data, mapping user journeys, and defining clear product requirements.
  • Ability to synthesize problems and design solutions that align with broader business goals.
  • Proven experience in managing dependencies, prioritizing scope, and balancing trade-offs.
  • Advanced collaboration skills — able to build trust, align stakeholders internally and externally, and influence without authority.
  • Excellent communicator through written, visual, and verbal channels; capable of simplifying complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical aptitude with comfort in conversations about APIs, integrations, and data to inform product design.
  • Data-driven decision-maker who uses both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform and drive decisions
  • Willingness and adaptability to flexing outside their lane - we’re a growing team and wearing many hats is a norm.
Bonus points for experience in:
  • Working in the hospitality industry or related technologies
  • Having an entrepreneurial streak or a history of working at startups or on side projects
  • Having an engineering background, whether software, chemistry, mechanical, civil, etc.
  • Experimenting with technology, making websites, or designing applications
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies

The compensation range for this position is $110,000-$140,000/yr.
