THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Healthcare team. In this role, you’ll help accelerate Kipsu’s growth by identifying and engaging new prospects across the healthcare industry. Through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, you’ll generate qualified opportunities and partner closely with our sales team to advance them.

Kipsu provides healthcare clinics with a new way to engage patients through real-time digital channels—enabling them to coordinate appointments, check-in after discharge, and build lasting human connections. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in sharing this story with the market and opening the door to relationships that transform the patient experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Generate high-quality opportunities and set meetings for the sales team.
  • Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
  • Consistently hit—and exceed—monthly activity and opportunity targets.
  • Clearly communicate Kipsu’s value and core capabilities at a high level.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging.
  • Stay curious: keep learning about healthcare trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Jump in to support projects outside your lane when needed—we win as one team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a related role (SaaS, tech, or healthcare experience is a plus).
  • High-energy and professional—you thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and persistent—comfortable handling rejection and keeping momentum.
  • Motivated to grow a career in sales, with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Naturally curious and eager to go deep on an industry or topic.
  • Adaptable—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.

The base pay for this role starts at $45,000/yr. The pay structure for this role is base pay + commission. The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is: $50,000-$60,000+/yr.
