Mentium provides AI agents for logistics, where most processes are manual, tedious, and error-prone. We are deploying an AI automation to support revenue teams. We are targeting an underserved $2 trillion market in the US alone.

We see SDRs as future leaders because they understand the challenges of prospecting for new business. All of our former SDRs have been promoted, or will be within six months, to Account Executive or Account Management roles. While we can’t guarantee the same timeline for everyone, we’re growing quickly and new opportunities come up every day.

Role Description

You’ll work closely with the founders and AEs to generate pipeline for Mentium. The role involves deep account research, cold calling, and creative outbound outreach. As an early team member, you’ll help shape our GTM strategy and have strong opportunities for career growth as you deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social outreach)
  • Research and identify target prospects in assigned markets
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Work with marketing and sales to improve lead generation
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
