Backed by top early-stage venture firms in Colorado, we're growing fast and looking for an Account Executive to join our high-energy, fast-moving team. This is only for a hybrid position and requires 2-3 days in our office in downtown Louisville.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage potential customers through both inbound and outbound efforts.
- Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: Understand customer pain points and clearly demonstrate how Motion.io solves them.
- Own the Pipeline: Manage a high volume of mid-4 to low-5 figure ACV deals, tracking every step in our CRM and maintaining a healthy sales funnel.
- Close with Confidence: Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals consistently—meeting or exceeding your quota.
- Partner Across Teams: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer value.
- Stay Sharp: Keep current with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to position Motion.io effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- High-volume sales background—you’re energized by lots of deals and can efficiently manage a large pipeline.
- Consultative sales mindset focused on solving customer problems rather than pushing a product.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills who can quickly build rapport and trust.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce; eager to learn new tools.
- Organized and self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced startup and contributes to team-wide success.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with marketing agencies, franchises, or other industries Motion.io serves.
