We're searching for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to play a pivotal role for our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll take the lead in identifying and evaluating prospective Driver Companion candidates, ensuring their seamless integration into our team, and delivering outstanding and supportive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will encompass screening and assessing driver candidates, expediting their onboarding process, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. By leveraging your skills, you'll contribute to our overarching goal of simplifying healthcare transportation coordination and removing barriers for both healthcare workers and patients. Responsibilities
- Candidate Interviewing: Conduct initial screening and virtual interviews with prospective driver candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company's values and mission.
- Document Review: Thoroughly review and verify candidate documentation, including driver licenses, insurance, vehicle inspections, certifications, and relevant background checks, to ensure compliance with our hiring standards and industry regulations.
- Onboarding Coordination: Execute a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates, including coordinating necessary paperwork, healthcare requirements, vehicle inspection verification, and facilitating onboarding training with Concierge Team.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing timely updates on their status.
- Candidate Experience: Create a positive and memorable candidate onboarding experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness, ensuring that candidates feel valued and excited to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- One to two years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
