In this role, you’ll take charge of strategic project management, analytics-driven oversight, and fostering strong relationships with our partners and drivers. Key Responsibilities:
- Territorial Leadership: Manage all aspects of operations in Los Angeles, including project launches, local account management, and operational inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Strategic Analytics: Use advanced analytical skills to monitor key fulfillment, growth, profitability metrics and trends. Analyze financial data, providing strategic insights and resolutions for local accounts.
- Forecasting and Planning: Develop models to forecast hiring and operational needs accurately, aligning with growth projections and expansion strategies.
- Pricing Strategy: Work in tandem with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies, maintaining an in-depth understanding of market conditions and competitor rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with customer success, sales, support and management teams to manage on-the-ground issues effectively, ensuring robust communication and prompt resolution.
- Driver Engagement: Enhance driver satisfaction and retention through engaging activities, recognition programs, and consistent support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project management or operations, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong capability in data analysis and problem-solving, with a proven track record of driving key metrics.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and lead diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Must be able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
