Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Growth to expand and manage our market presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties and projects related to successfully growing Reema’s revenue. Reema has a clear set of outcomes we are working towards, and we need someone to help us achieve sustainable results.

How you will add value:

  • Help lead Reema’s growth strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in partnership with the CEO and other leadership team members.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, taking ownership of deals from 10% through completion.
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline and progress.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our products/services and the broader healthcare industry landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and expand our network.
  • Build and maintain Reema’s primary prospect relationships.
  • Strategize and iterate on how to grow Reema’s revenue.
  • Help build and iterate Reema’s market messaging to optimize metrics throughout the funnel.
  • Partner with CEO and leadership team on external stakeholder communication and strategy with board of directors, investors, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and collateral.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on selling enterprise healthcare products into healthcare plans.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory environment.
  • Relentless networker who naturally finds and cultivates the relationships they need to be successful.
  • A builder's mindset - if you need something to be successful, you build it. If it doesn’t work, you build the next version until it’s successful.
  • An inexhaustible source of determination, a belief that you can bend the world to your will, and a general energy to keep going when things feel hard.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated reliability for organized and timely prospect and client follow-up with great attention to detail. You take care of your prospects and customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment where rapid change and continuous innovation are the norm.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are an executor and an achiever - you embody the principle of sales as a numbers game through a hunger for goal achievement.
  • You are the master of spreadsheets and the systems you can create with them.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
