At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Enterprise Sales Executive.
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new health plan customer acquisition. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, advancing, and closing complex enterprise opportunities with national and regional health plans, with a focus on Medicaid. - Originate and close 1–2 net-new enterprise deals within the first 12–15 months
- Partner closely with Growth leadership, product, and implementation teams to advance opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs post-close
- Contribute market insights and feedback from payer conversations to inform growth strategy and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting within CRM systems
- Operate with strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-growing, evolving environment
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Years of related experience can be substituted for years of completed education towards a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience selling complex, enterprise solutions (SaaS, healthcare technology, or multi-year services) to health plans, with a focus on Medicaid; Commercial experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to independently prospect and generate net-new opportunities with senior health plan leaders
- Proven ability to leverage an existing network and cultivate executive-level relationships within health plans
- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments.
