Your impact:
As the Marketing Manager at Spekit, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and assessing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer loyalty.
This role will help support demand generation programs, including paid ad campaigns, webinars, events, customer and community support, and social media.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable results. This role will report directly to the Head of Demand Generation.

What you’ll do every day:

  • Work with the Head of Demand Generation, Angela Romero, to create marketing campaigns delivered to our target audiences that drive pipeline and support revenue goals
  • Execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and the Spekit website
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Marketing Operations on lead handoff and follow-up, including making outreach recommendations, monitoring lead follow-up performance, and facilitating qualitative feedback sessions
  • Work with outside agencies to help coordinate campaign deliverables, manage publishing schedules, and optimization of paid search, paid social, and display campaigns
  • Help develop programs that drive customer love and build relationships with potential community members, becoming a “go-to” connector to the Spekit brand
  • Assists with creative swag development, fulfillment, and delivery via our direct mailing platform
  • Plan, coordinate, and run webinars to build awareness and generate qualified pipeline
  • Develop email copy to help nurture leads and assist with sales outreach
  • Help plan, support, and execute events to drive attendance and engagement
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and gain a solid understanding of marketing metrics and what they mean

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years proven working experience in marketing. Bonus points if that’s with a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of website analytics, GA4, Webflow, social media automation tools, and social media platforms
  • Agile, passionate, focused, driven, creative, numbers-oriented, with a desire to drive change
  • Curiosity to learn and develop new skills, solutions, and a willingness to experiment
  • The marketing manager must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to summarize, present, and prioritize
  • Outstanding customer focus for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Availability to travel to events/conferences up to 25%
