A Senior Account Manager directs all deliverables on assigned client programs ensuring they are accomplished according to deadlines, business requirements and quality standards. The person in this position must also integrate the contributions of multiple business representatives and serve as primary contact with key client(s) for day-to-day delivery of program needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact and as the client’s internal liaison, advocate and program owner within Augeo
  • Serve as primary manager and expert of client’s program(s) including business objectives, platform configuration, reporting and user experience
  • Interact professionally and collaboratively with Account Management team, Business Development, Technical Project Managers, Marketing & Digital Services, Operations, Customer Support and other contributing business units
  • Lead internal and client meetings including agendas and recaps
  • Create business requirement documents that capture program platform changes requested by client
  • Prepare and strategically present Change Orders and costing for program enhancements or requests that are out of scope
  • Manage program scope and quality expectations within each client program as outlined in Service Agreement(s)
  • Anticipate issues that may compromise project budget, schedule or quality objectives and proactively develop remedies
  • Complete program invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support financial analysis and budgeting to clients and Augeo management as needed
  • Prepare, direct and participate in the Account Review process
  • Demonstrated success with Account Management and Project Management fundamentals

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • Four-year college degree or higher
  • Four + years of project management, marketing and client service experience
  • Previous experience with employee, channel or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; preferably with focus in marketing
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
  • Aptitude for detail, accuracy, problem-solving and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both working internally as part of a team and working with clients
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency especially in excel and database environments
  • Some experience with Content Management Systems and websites preferred
