Summary

Are you a people person, who takes multi-tasking to a whole new level? Do you have the ability to please clients and keep internal teams organized? We are looking for an account manager who has proven experience managing client account communication and strategy.

You'll spend your days on the following:

  • Act as the primary client contact for intake of information and coordinate output from Augeo; escalate, track, and solve client issues by monitoring and managing all aspects of daily program performance.
  • Serve as the liaison between Augeo and our client to ensure that goals, budgets, and target audiences are reached.
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs.
  • Assist creative group with presentation materials (e.g., decks, boards, agenda, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for program performance improvement.
  • Manage the flow of work, appropriating creative and technical resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Manage program scope and quality expectations within each client program as outlined
  • Lead internal and client meetings including agendas and recaps
  • Deliver formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • At least 5 years of account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • A self-starter with high customer satisfaction orientation, strong collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exposure to account services and/or agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing platform/technical enhancements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and sort through ambiguity.
  • Previous program and client management experience.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Experience in the loyalty and performance improvement industries is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  • Interact professionally and collaboratively with Business Development, Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, Customer Support and other contributing business units
  • Anticipate issues that may compromise program budget, marketing schedule or quality objectives and proactively develop remedies

The function of this position may include the requirement to travel (post-pandemic) nationally (approximately 25%).
