The Accounting Coordinator will support Kigo by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable vendor invoices and employee expense reports, respond to vendor inquiries and prepare weekly check runs.

· Process accounts receivable invoices and post payments.

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

· Support month-end close activities.

· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

· Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.


· Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

· Proficiency in accounting software

· Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience using Microsoft D365.
