Summary:

As a Concierge/High-Touch Customer Service you will provide a personalized service and assistance to our client. You’ll act as a point of contact between the client and service provider and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

You’ll spend your days on the following:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our client, anticipating and responding to their needs
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and service provider
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and billing

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
