Summary:

The Program Manager will be a hybrid role, equally strong in client services and project management. Reporting to Client Services, this individual will work closely with clients, the Client Services Director, and Project Management to ensure that program initiatives are expertly managed and executed. They will serve as a trusted partner to clients, managing program requirements, aligning resources, and driving successful project outcomes.

This role requires a proactive communicator and problem-solver, comfortable with some ambiguity and able to take initiative to ensure seamless operations. With strong skills in project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management, the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions and ongoing program improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner for clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a key point of contact to ensure program alignment and satisfaction.
  • Manage and execute client programs end-to-end, from initial planning and requirements gathering to project completion, ensuring all goals and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services leadership and project management to support strategic program objectives and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including development, QA, and support—to ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project or operational issues, using Jira and other tools to manage tasks and track progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement, contributing to a more efficient and client-focused operation.
  • Utilize data and financial insights to support project decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
  • Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence for clear documentation, tracking.
  • Use clear and consistent communication to ensuring transparency, making sure the right teams and resources are always informed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a program or project management role, ideally within client services or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong client services skills, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • Solid project management expertise, capable of independently planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to leaving no task unfinished, with a proactive attitude toward fixing broken processes.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and financial implications to support informed project decisions.
