Summary

As an Account Manager at Kigo, you will support the Partner Success team in delivering exceptional experiences for our partners. This role focuses on assisting with partner relationships, managing projects, and ensuring smooth execution of loyalty and advertising campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members, using your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to contribute to partner success. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, relationship development skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support senior team members in managing partner accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach to all interactions.
  2. Schedule meetings, and send recaps of key next steps to both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for hitting deadlines across key project workstreams.
  4. Assist in cross functional project management with sales, advertising, and development teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
  5. Communicate clearly with internal teams and partners, preparing and delivering professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
  6. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and tasks using project management tools like Monday, ensuring high attention to detail.
  7. Use Excel to organize data, track program performance, and create reports to support partner success initiatives.
  8. Collect and document partner feedback to support continuous improvement of Kigo’s platform and services.
  9. Ensure compliance with data sharing agreements, privacy regulations, and industry standards in all tasks.
  10. Assist in training partners and their customers on how to use Kigo’s platform to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
  11. Contribute to the creation of high-quality presentations and reports on account performance and user engagement for regular, scheduled client meetings.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential challenges in project execution to meet partner expectations.

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of experience in large enterprise account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in marketing technology, digital advertising, or agency sectors.
  2. Strong proficiency in creating business presentations that utilize data to tell compelling stories and demonstrate return on investment (using Powerpoint and Excel)
  3. Proven project management ability, with experience using tools like Monday or similar platforms to manage tasks and timelines.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Passion for customer satisfaction, with empathy and active listening skills to build positive partner relationships.
  7. Eagerness to learn about loyalty programs, digital advertising, and client industries.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  9. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to solving problems with guidance from senior team members.
