The RoleWe're looking for Growth Account Executives to join our sales team and help e-commerce brands unlock their profit potential. You'll own the full sales cycle for our SMB segment — from pipeline generation to discovery through close — working with Shopify merchants optimizing their businesses through onsite experimentation and personalization. This is a closing role where you'll build and manage your own pipeline, run demos, navigate objections, and help merchants understand how Intelligems can transform their business. As a customer-first, product-oriented company, success is driven by the caliber of people on the team. What You'll Do- Own the full sales cycle for SMB- Run compelling product demos tied to merchant challenges and goals- Manage and grow your pipeline (self-sourced, inbound, SDR, partners, events)- Navigate complex buying decisions, address objections, and build urgency- Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, CS, and Product- Contribute to team knowledge and refine the sales playbook Who You AreYou bring a strong work ethic and genuine care for customers and teammates; you embrace an "aggressive learning style."You'll thrive here if you're comfortable with ambiguity, coachable and hungry for feedback, collaborative, team-first, and bring curiosity and empathy to every conversation. Requirements- 2+ years in a closing sales role- Track record closing $1K–$5K MRR deals- Strong pipeline generation, discovery, demo, and negotiation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication- Comfort building/managing your own pipeline and forecasting accurately- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Preferred- Software/SaaS sales experience- Experience selling to e-commerce/Shopify- Remote work experience LocationDistributed company with strong remote capacity; for sales, hybrid is preferred. Ideal candidates can work in the New York office 2–3 days/week; relocation available in some cases.
