We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to make a meaningful impact on how Intelligems grows. Your job: build a repeatable engine that turns awareness into qualified demos, installs, and customers who stick. You'll own paid acquisition, SEO, AEO and GEO optimization and content strategy, the marketing website and landing pages as conversion levers, customer referral engines, and the reporting and analytics around all of it. This is a builder role, not a purely strategic one. You'll roll up your sleeves on campaign architecture, landing page tests, and pricing-page experiments while building the AI-native systems that help the whole growth team do more with less. What You'll Do: Own and scale the growth marketing engine; execute and iterate hands-on; build the content strategy engine; stand up referral and emerging channels; build the measurement and AI layer. What You Bring: Full-funnel growth instincts, AI-native in practice, hands-on technical comfort, SEO/AEO depth, experimentation rigor, bias toward shipping. Ideal Background: 3+ years in growth/marketing/GTM at B2B SaaS startups; strong content and communication; data comfort; entrepreneurial mindset.
